What ever happened to the mysterious Yookoohoo Mrs. Yoop after we last heard of her in L. Frank Baum's The Tin Woodman of Oz? This fun and fantastic adventure relates how a promise made waaaaaaaaay back in The Wonderful Wizard of Oz comes into play.
